Coronavirus: Sheltering in Place Installment #2 The Greenbelt & Campus

One of the things that I've been collecting is examples of PSA-esque coronavirus information. Some of these are signs around town (but mostly by my greenbelt), chalk drawings, and Facebook posts...

There's a serious of dog statues by my house that someone has delightfully put face masks on. I view this as a normalization of mask wearing.

Even the turkey is wearing a face mask!!

So are store cashiers

 I heart grocery store workers

These are new signs on the greenbelt.

Next to the greenbelt, you can find the library, the Veteran's Memorial Theater, the tennis courts, and the swimming pool.

All the drinking fountains were covered and most of them have been uncovered but not officially.

I biked around on campus last night and took some pictures of signs. Lots of people were on campus, but I didn't see a single open building (though I hear there are still students in the dorms) and campus was more or less closed by March 23 (end of winter quarter).
